These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.allurejets.com (the "Website"), your communication with our team, and any private jet charter services arranged through Allure Jets. By accessing our Website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or services.
1. About Allure Jets

Allure Jets is a charter broker, not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-certified Part 135 operators, who exercise full operational control over flights at all times.
2. Broker Disclosure (Required by FAA)
Allure Jets:
- •Does not own or operate aircraft.
- •Acts solely as a charter broker connecting clients with FAA-authorized direct air carriers.
- •Ensures all flights are operated by properly licensed and insured Part 135 carriers.
- •Does not maintain operational authority over scheduling, delays, aircraft condition, pilot decisions, or safety protocols.
The operating air carrier will be identified prior to the flight.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing, availability, and aircraft options are estimates until a contract is executed and payment is received.
Pricing may change due to:
- •Fuel surcharges
- •Airport fees
- •Crew availability
- •Overnight fees
- •De-icing or weather-related charges
- •Changes to itinerary or passenger count
A quote does not constitute a contract.
A booking is confirmed only after full execution of the charter agreement and payment of required funds.
4. Payments
Payment methods may include:
- •Wire transfer
- •Credit card (fees may apply)
- •ACH
- •Approved account terms (case-by-case)
To secure an aircraft, clients typically must submit:
- •Full payment, or
- •A deposit, depending on the operator
All payment requirements are dictated by the direct air carrier's contract, not Allure Jets.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms vary based on aircraft type, operator policies, and trip details.
Typical industry rules include:
- •Cancellation fees may be 100% of the charter cost
- •Refunds may not be available for cancelations within certain windows
- •Additional fees may apply for repositioning, crew wait time, changes in itinerary, or extended ground time
Allure Jets is not responsible for refund decisions made by the operator.
Once a trip is contracted, the operator's cancellation policy controls.
6. Changes to Itinerary
Any changes requested after booking—including:
- •Departure time
- •Destination
- •Passenger count
- •Catering
- •Ground transportation
- •Pet accommodations
—are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
The operator retains authority to approve, deny, or modify any requested changes.
7. Weather, Delays & Force Majeure
Allure Jets is not responsible for:
- •Weather-related delays
- •Mechanical delays
- •ATC delays
- •Airport closures
- •Acts of God
- •Governmental restrictions
- •Strikes, labor disputes, or unforeseen events
The operating carrier has full discretion regarding delays, diversions, flight cancellations, and safety decisions.
No refunds or credits are guaranteed for events outside the operator's control.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate passenger information
- •Ensure compliance with TSA and FAA regulations
- •Arrive on time for departure
- •Follow crew instructions
- •Ensure pets comply with carrier requirements
- •Respect aircraft cleanliness and avoid damage
Excessive cleaning, damage, or misconduct may result in additional charges.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •Allure Jets is not liable for personal injury, property damage, accidents, delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes resulting from the actions or omissions of any air carrier.
- •All operational, safety, and crew decisions rest solely with the operating Part 135 air carrier.
- •Allure Jets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid to Allure Jets for the applicable charter.
10. No Warranty
All services and information on the Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including:
- •Accuracy
- •Availability
- •Performance of aircraft
- •Safety outcomes
- •Fitness for a particular purpose
We make no guarantee regarding flight availability, pricing stability, or operational decisions made by carriers.
11. Use of Website
By using the Website, you agree not to:
- •Engage in prohibited or illegal activities
- •Scrape, copy, or misuse content
- •Attempt to breach security systems
- •Submit false or misleading information
All content on the Website, including branding, design, logos, text, and images, is the property of Allure Jets and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
12. Privacy & SMS Consent
Your use of the Website and submission of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes details on:

- •Marketing messages
- •Data usage
- •Retargeting technologies
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
